Team rosters can be submitted electronically.
These must be emailed to tvgsports before the start of the tournament, which applies to both Saturday and Sunday. Please be sure to register your team with the tournament office before your matches begin.
Player Lists 2026
New player lists effective from 2026. These must be emailed to us before the start of the tournament; please use only this player list. This list applies to Saturday and Sunday, so please enter all players who will be playing during those two days.
On the days you play, you no longer need to submit a list, but you must notify the secretariat that your team is present.
If no player list is provided for a particular team, that team will be excluded from participating in the tournament.
